Blue Chip Showcases are focused on the development of highly skilled, college bound lacrosse players and are divided into two divisions: Varsity and Elite. Each Blue Chip Showcase will feature both divisions: Rising Freshmen, Rising Sophomores, Rising Juniors and Rising Seniors.
By focusing on just two skill levels our coaches are able to achieve greater development for all who attend. For this reason we request that all players who want to register for Blue Chip receive an endorsement from their high school or club coach.
In this way we are able to place all athletes in the group that most closely fits their skill level. While BLUE CHIP PROGRAMS ARE OPEN TO ALL WHO WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND, the program will have the greatest value for athletes who fit one of the two profiles described.
While we cannot guarantee that every recommended player will be offered a spot at the Elite Division, be assured that every player will be evaluated carefully. Blue Chip is open to all athletes who are cleared by their physicians and of the correct age.
Our Elite Division is for the player who has demonstrated the ability to play in a Top 25-30 Division I program or Top 10 DII and DIII.
He has most often been selected for all-star teams, all region and all state teams and in your opinion deserves pre-eminent consideration from coaches from the nation's top 15-20 D1 colleges. He is a standout in his school, club, region, state or national program.
He is fiercely dedicated to taking his skills to the maximum and has already been identified by his school or club coach as having the skill or ready potential to perform at a national competitive level.
Our Varsity Division is for the lacrosse players who aspire to play college lacrosse. The Varsity Blue Chip athlete is among the best players for his school team, plays for a strong club team, and includes college lacrosse in his future whether it is Division I, II, or III. He is a serious lacrosse player and brings determination, self-discipline, and commitment to his sport.
A recommendation from a high school or club coach is required for both divisions. Please click on the Quick Links Menu to the left to "Request an Invite" or "Recommend a Player".
